Vivo has officially launched their newest flagship smartphone with 5G support and the first device to feature the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor for its main camera. The 64 MP works in tandem with the 13 MP wide-angle shooter and 13 MP telephoto camera that can be found in a circular bump at the back. The pop-up selfie camera is a 16 MP sensor and features Portrait Master’s Hyper HDR for an increased dynamic range accuracy between faces and backgrounds.
The gorgeous Vivo Nex 3 phone has a 6.89″ Super AMOLED Waterfall FullView Display and an impressive 99.6% screen-to-body ratio, achieved through a nearly 90 degree curved edges. This results in a lack of physical keys which are replaced by Touch Sense. Vivo says it provides more exquisite vibration feedback in various use cases and comes with X-Axis Haptic for a more comfortable haptic feedback useful for gaming and other typing activities.
Vivo is also releasing a 4G model which will run on the same processor the 5G model has. Both devices will have Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, 4,500mAh battery that supports Super FlashCharge 44W fast charging, a vapor chamber cooling system, 8 or 12 GB RAM and 128 or 256 GB internal storage.
The NEX 3 series is expected to be available in Asia Pacific, Southeast China, and other markets in the coming months. Pricing starts from CNY 4,998 up to CNY6,198 for the 12/256 GB Vivo NEX 3 5G.
